We offer a live guided demo where we run Refute against URLs you bring to the session. Contact us to book one. We do not currently offer self-serve free trials.
Each authenticity assessment of a single URL or account identifier counts as one score. Resubmitting the same URL within the same billing period uses the cached result and does not consume an additional score.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and your access continues to the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled before renewal; no partial-year refunds are issued.
Enterprise pricing is custom-quoted based on your monthly volume and team size. If you regularly exceed the Growth plan's 2,000-score limit, contact us and we will put together a suitable proposal.
All plans are billed in GBP. For Enterprise customers we can invoice in EUR or USD by arrangement.
All data is stored on infrastructure within the UK and EU. Scored content is retained for 30 days on standard plans; Enterprise customers can configure custom retention policies. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
